Qualifying Play Qualifying Rounds will be under the direct authority of the designated Qualifying Chairperson. The Qualifying Chairperson will arrange starting times, rules and procedures and so notify each contestant. Should an exempt player choose to qualify and return a score insufficient to qualify, he shall lose his exemption. If the number of entries recieved in any sectional qualifier is less than the number required to allocate a position in the tournament proper, then that qualifier may be cancelled by the Committee. In such a case, the contestants affected shall be entitled to a refund of their entry fee, or, if feasible, offered the opportunity to qualify in another Section.
Refund Policy Entry fee, less a $10.00 service charge, will be refunded regardless of reason if the NYSGA is notified by phone (888) NYSGA-23 prior to the close of entries. Refunds, less service charge, for illness or injury after the close of entries require written confirmation. No refund for any reason after the tournament date.
Registration Contestants are required to check in at the New York State Golf Association desk at CC of Troy by 3:00pm Monday, July 17, 2006. If this is not possible, please phone the NYSGA at (888) NYSGA-23 by that time and advise them of your intentions.
