Automotive Transportation

Automotive transportation is only allowed during:

Practice Rounds

Non-Championship Flight matches.

For all other rounds, players may NOT use automotive transportation.  Cart fees will be $18 per round, per person.

Eligibility Entries will be limited to all female amateur golfers who enjoy membership privileges at Clubs belonging to the New York State Golf Association, or are NYSGA Associate Members residing in New York State.

USGA Rules prevail, except when otherwise modified by the Executive Committee. All entries are subject to the approval of the Executive Committee, which reserves the right to disqualify or default any player at any stage of the Tournament for any reason deemed sufficient by it. It also reserves the right to amend this program at any stage of the Tournament.

If the Host Club prohibits use of metal or ceramic spikes, a contestant who wears these spikes will be disqualified.
Format The Championship will consist of an 18 hole qualifying round held on Tuesday, July 11th. The low 32 scores will be seeded into the Championship flight. If there is a tie for the last spots in the Championship flight, a play-off will be held immediately following play. All other players will be seeded in flights of 8.

The Championship Flight will then play 2 matches on both Wednesday & Thursday, with a 36 hole final on Friday, July 15th. All other flights will play 1 match per day.

Refund Policy Entry fee, less a $10.00 service charge, will be refunded regardless of reason if the NYSGA is notified by phone (888) NYSGA-23 prior to the close of entries. Refunds, less service charge, for illness or injury after the close of entries require written confirmation. No refund for any reason after the tournament date.
Registration Contestants are required to check in at the New York State Golf Association desk at Nevele Grande Resort by 3:00pm Monday, July 10, 2006. If this is not possible, please phone the NYSGA at (888) NYSGA-23 by that time and advise us of your intentions.
