Detail:	Entry fee, less a $10.00 service charge, will be refunded regardless of reason if the NYSGA is notified by phone (888) NYSGA-23 prior to the close of entries. Refunds, less service charge, for illness or injury after the close of entries require written confirmation. No refund for any reason after the tournament date.
