Entries will be limited to male amateur golfers who reside in New York State or enjoy membership privileges at Clubs belonging to the New York State Golf Association. Entrants to the JUNIOR division must be UNDER 18 years old on August 6, 2008. USGA Rules prevail, except when otherwise modified by the Executive Committee. All entries are subject to the approval of the Executive Committee, which reserves the right to disqualify or default any player at any stage of the Tournament for any reason deemed sufficient by it. It also reserves the right to amend this program at any stage of the Tournament.

If the Host Club prohibits use of metal or ceramic spikes, a contestant who wears these spikes will be disqualified.
