Automotive Transportation Automotive Transportation is required for all contestants in this Championship. Contestants are responsible for Golf Cart reservations for all rounds.
Eligibility

Entries will be limited to female amateur golfers who enjoy membership privileges at Clubs belonging to the New York State Golf Association, or are NYSGA Associate Members. Entrants must have attained their 50th birthday by August 19, 2008.  Please go to www.nysga.org/eligibility.html for the complete eligibility requirements.

USGA Rules prevail, except when otherwise modified by the Executive Committee. All entries are subject to the approval of the Executive Committee, which reserves the right to disqualify or default any player at any stage of the Tournament for any reason deemed sufficient by it. It also reserves the right to amend this program at any stage of the Tournament.

If the Host Club prohibits use of metal or ceramic spikes, a contestant who wears these spikes will be disqualified.

Field Size

The field will be compromised of the 120 lowest indices entered as of the entry deadline, Monday, July 30, 2008. If there are ties for the 120th spot, the date entries were received will determine which entries are included.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to the overall Senior Champion and Runner-up, as well as the overall Super Senior (Age 65 & Over) & Runner-Up, plus Gross and Net winners in each age group.

Refund Policy Entry fee, less a $10.00 service charge, will be refunded regardless of reason if the NYSGA is notified by phone (888) NYSGA-23 prior to the close of entries. Refunds, less service charge, for illness or injury after the close of entries require written confirmation. No refund for any reason after the tournament date.
Registration

Contestants are required to check in at the New York State Golf Association desk at Holiday Valley Golf Course by 3:00pm Monday, August 19, 2008.  If this is not possible, please phone the NYSGA at (888) NYSGA-23 by that time and advise them of your intentions.
